Can a power supply handle 249 vac Input ?

I have a ups with avr and when my ac input become low to 206 to 209 vac my ups boost the power to 249 vac according to my ups led panel my ups is rate it at 5+~ avr does that normal and ok for my seasonic g650 ?

The usual tolerance is ±10%, so for equipment made for 230V ±10%, 249V is okay.
