Can a psu ac220v run a gigabyte geforce 420 2gb ddr3 ?

Nope , you would need a decent 300w PSU minimum.

What's the brand and model of the power supply unit?

ac220v looks like the input voltage only.

Like stated above post a pic of the PSU specs. Should be on the sticker , it will tell us more.

The only way to find out is to open the computer case and read the label affixed to the side of the PSU.
