[SOLVED] Can a RX 580 be handled by a 500W PSU?

factories will overclock them a little bit, but not enough to cause larger power draws. Not like if overclocking it yourself to max stable OC.

500w should be just enough for whatever mild weak OC the AiB puts on it along with whatever it's boost clock is.

Worst case scenario, it doesn't run at it's max potential boost because of power limits.

Next upgrade after your GPU can be a beefier PSU, but not necessary right away.

Thank you for the reply. You've given me the confidence I needed. I was intending on building a completely new system (Ryzen 7 3700x and a RTX 2060 Super) but I do not have the money for it at this time. I hope that my current build will last long enough for me to pass it on to family.
