can a rx vega 56 handle 4k monitor and gaming

was wondering as i have a 4k monitor and want to know if i will get good FPS with a RX Vega 56 gpu

Some games yes but it's not really ideal for 4k. It's more of a great 1080p or passable 2k GPU. 4k is better suited for NVidia right now. Personally I'd use a Vega 56 for high 1080p framerates and a 144Hz monitor with Freesync.
