Hello, I've recently got a new sim card, but when I put it into my old phone, the phone broke and is stuck on boot, so I've decided to put it into Samsung S6 and it's also stuck in a boot loop now. Can I get refunds on both of the broken phones if that's the case? And is there anything I can do to fix phones stuck at boot loop, I can't really do anything that would mess with my files as they're important? Note: both phones were working perfectly fine before I put a sim in also S6 already had some flaws with random crashes and restarts, but it always worked at least. I'm expecting a quick answer as I have presentation to do with a S6 tomorow, worse time for it to get broken :)

Solution
Unfortunately, if the phone fails to boot even after removing the problematic SIM, then you may be out of luck. Getting a refund won't restore your "important data" and if you send it in for repair, there is a high likelihood they will wipe your phone during the repair process which may end up being a motherboard swap.
