Can a single 2GB 25bit DDR5 HD 7850 max out assassin's creed 4 and soon to come games?

With that said, here is my pc's specs

CPU: Amd Phenom ii x6 1055t
GPU: His IceQ turbo edition
Memory: OCZ 8gb ddr3 1333mhz
HDD: Samsung 300gb Sata1
CD ROM: Sony DVD R
17-19" LCD(1336x768 resolution)
PSU: Corsair VS 550W

and one more thing, is it okay if i crossfire this card with another one? I'm on budget, so... yeah.

Not sure that you can max out this game or upcoming game but on your resolution , you can play those games at high settings with fair playable frame rates.

You can crossfire it with another 7850. Just make sure your motherboard supports crossfire.

A 550W PSU will not run dual cards, you will need to replace that too.
