Hey guys, I'm back to ask a question. Is it possible to run two BenQ monitors with a single port HDMI GPU?

I'm currently using a GTX 1070 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0 which only consist of one HDMI port. Which was a wrong move on my part, the mad sale got to me :)
By using a splitter, like this one from eBay:

Would this harm the Graphics card in any way or cause it to not allow the monitor to turn on?
