I am having trouble understanding why a single program is not working. I'm leaning toward reg key issues or a corrupt installation, but didn't want to assume that this isnt an issue.
The program is Citrix Receiver and it allows users at my company to access our servers from home. The program is installed, but does not pop up when the icon is clicked. Instead, the icon appears in the taskbar, but the program itself does not appear on screen. It is not minimized and it is not hidden, the window just doesn't appear.
I doubt that the socket pin is causing this kind of issue, but please confirm. Thanks!
