Question Can a stuck pixel be fixed over time?

I have a red stuck pixel on my benq 4k display. Tried all the nassaging, rubbing and software fix but nope, that sucker is still there.

Is it possible for it to get unstuck by itself over time? I see a lot of cobflicting answrrs online.

Did you ever had stuck pixel uninstuck itself doing nothing over time? Knowing that this came with one.
Also does having one means more are on the way?

It's a dead pixel, which means it's burned, so no you can't do anything about it. It doesn't mean more are coming. It's quite common some panels will come one, two or more dead pixels. Many dead pixels could justify an RMA, but only one is a no go most of the times

In my experience, if they don't go away with the various simple fixes, they'll always be there. If this is a new monitor or if it's at least within warranty, I'd contact BenQ about it.
