So tablets with usb type C are becoming more and more common nowadays e.g. google pixel c, dell latitude 12 etc.
I believe that usb type C carries display input as well as output hence why there are portable monitors such as the Asus MB169C+.
My question is, can any of these tablets running android or windows receive an input via usb type C from my desktop pc and act as the primary display?
I have looked extensively online using google and it seems no-one has tried this or can see the benefit in it. This would be a major factor in myself purchasing a tablet as opposed to a portable monitor and a laptop for example.
Thanks!
