[SOLVED] Can a virus be in RAM cache??

You can look at my previous threads. My CPU is 100 C and maybe there is a virus in the cache. I have 32 GBs of ram and 16 was added after the torrent so if i remove the previous 16GB RAM maybe heat will go down?

No impossible.
Ram is volatile memory, as soon as power is removed data is lost.
It's impossible for ram to retain data after power is removed.
