Hello,

To provide some context, my father’s apartment complex eliminated all 3rd party ISP’s forcing him to signup with Spectrum for a significantly higher price per month internet plan. Seeing as how he is on a fixed income, him and his neighbor were wondering if they could split the monthly cost and possibly extend the signal from one apartment to the next.

Might there be a device that could span the length from his apartment (First Floor - Red Circle) to his neighbors unit (Third Floor - Green Square) approximately 115ft / 35m in distance?

Thank you for your help and suggestions.

Not legally. That violates the user agreement with the ISP. Not technically either, IMO. Wireless connectivity requires line of sight. There is none in this situation. Get him a cellular router on your phone plan if you want to lower his cost.
