Can a x64 app run on a 32 bit Windows 10 OS

I have 4 gigs of ram 1 gb graphics card and a fx cpu.
Will i be able to run a x64 app on a 32 bit os?

No you can only run 32 bit programs in x64

And 32 bit only supports 3.25 - 3.5 GB

Notice that 64 bit system is only recommended, not required. So you can run this software with 32 bit Windows. As said above though you can't run 64 bit apps on 32 bit OS, but you can run 32 bit apps on 64 bit system.

Yep, Pinnacle Studio 19 has both 32-bit and 64-bit binaries, and which one gets installed depends on your OS.

Much like 32 and 64-bit Photoshop, plugins for one are not compatible with the other
