Question Can a320 chipset motherboard support 1080p @75hz monitor?

I have a gigabyte a320m-s2h motherboard and I am planning to flip it and buy an asus ex-a320 gaming motherboard. So, I also want to buy a monitor @75hz 1080p (nvision ip240) but im not sure if hdmi could support 75hz @1080p and im also not sure if both motherboards could support that monitor I have a ryzen 3 2200g btw, 8gb of ram @2400mhz and 500watt white certified psu, also, if I upgrade to 3200mhz ram will both motherboards support it? IMHO, you're overthinking it and wasting resources since you're picking up the same board/chipset albeit from a different manufacturer with differing aesthetics.

Yoo thank you very much, I will not buy the asus anymore but how about the monitor what could I do? If I buy the monitor will it even post? And if yes,could it even just support 60hz? And if I buy a gtx 960 gpu, will I get the 1080p @75hz? Thanks again
