i want to replace it with mATX 1155 socket, because OEM motherboard can't upgrade GPU.

The OEM board will have a standard 16x PCIe slot so there is no reason you couldn't put a new GPU in. However you mentioned wanting to get a new socket board meaning you are upgrading your CPU. Yes, you can install a retail boxed motherboard. Retail boxed motherboards don't use the Acer front panel connector. I hope your good with wiring.

My CPU is Intel core i7 3770. So I think i don't have to upgrade it, because new motherboard have same socket with OEM.

In that case then there is no reason to get a new motherboard at all just put the new GPU in the same slot the current one is in.
