[SOLVED] can amd a6 3500 apu run windows 10 smoothly?

amd a6 3500 with radeon hd 6350
it has 3 threads with 2.10 GHZ clock speed.
and i have 3 gb ram (actually 8 gb but the integrated gpu stole 5 gb of them)

GT730 uses 38w at a maximum. Pretty much any normal psu can include such in a pc as those older pre-built pc's had to take optical drives and multiple hdds into consideration during the build process.

No, there's no software to see psu wattage, the psu is not connected to any data outputs, just power. There will be either a printed sticker with the outputs listed on it in some way (look for 12v+) or in many older OEM psus it was stamped into the cover.

Your whole pc will be lucky if it breaks the 200w output mark. The reason a 350w is suggested is because there's such a wide variety of quality in psus from outright junk 700w with just a single 6pin and 18A on the 12v, to 750w units with 4x 8pin and a full 62.5A at 12v. So 'suggesters' recommend a good portion larger than is strictly needed.
