Solution
For editing 4k graphics, probably not, unless you are only doing it at a very modest hobbyist level and have no unrealistic expectations. For web browsing, watching movies and Youtube video, no problem.

No 4k graphic editing. General image editing on PhotoShop/GIMP.

A further question, if for editing 4k graphic job whether I can add a 4k graphic card to do it. OR I need to replace my AMD cpu with a higher grade model?

If I understand your advice correctly that there is NOTHING TO DO with the graphic card. It is CPU related.

In such case if I need to do 4K graphic editing I'll upgrade the AMD CPU to: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Or even to: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

What is the difference between G and X? Thanks
