You should go for the GTX 950 as it's a better solution, being faster than the GTX 750 Ti at a little bit higher price point.

Do you think say an 8gb ddr3 1333MHZ ram is good for gaming?

Go with the G.Skill on 1600 MHz , even if it says in the motherboard specs 1600 MHz (O.C), it will work no problem.
