I want to get the 1gb ATI version and I was wondering if I can run it. I have this Dell Psu and my other specs are an Ati Radeon Hd 6450 (the gpu I want to replace), 4 gigs of ram, and an Core 2 Quad Q6600.
My psu specs are

Input: 100-120V ~/9A 50-60HZ
200-240V ~/45A 50-60HZ

Output: +5V ===/22A Max -12V === /1A Max
+5V (FP) === /4A Max +3.3V===/17A Max
+12VA ===/18A Max +12VB ===/18A Max

Combined Power on +3.3V and +5V Rails not exceed 150W.
Combined Power on +12VA and +12VB Rails not exceed 264W.
Max Continuous Total DC Output Power shall not exceed 305W.

I was hoping that the HD 5670 could run great on my PSU as the HD 6450 is not a very good card.

Solution
Spend a little more, get much more performance.
$26 for a 5670, better option such as 750 ti for about $40-50.
150-200% more cost, but a 300%++ performance gain. Depends how you look at it. CPU/RAM will be holding you back afterwards. I wouldn't be replacing more than a GPU.
I'd say a minimum 400 watts would be good. Your machine will draw some power when you're gaming. The stock power supply could run all that, but for the new card, it needs more power. I think AMD recommends 400W for it as well. It doesn't have an auxiliary PCIe plug, because it get power from the PCIe slot on the motherboard. Maximum power from that is 75W (thereabouts). You could try it and see if it will work, but chances are you might have stability issues and random shutdowns and maybe blue screens.

It's very old and weaker than modern igpus so it's hard to justify. But it's cheap so people can be on both sides. In the end, it's up to you and what you need. If you are needing to upgrade, then I'd think you want something that's better but it's going to cost more. Why are you upgrading?

Its up to you though, because i have an ATI Radeon HD5450 running on a 230v PSU. I know its weak but its running GTA V on decent 30-40 fps. If you want to upgrade and the price is right, maybe you should when ur deciding to get great performance.
