Can an gtx 1060 6gb run 4k?

I would like to run 4k resolutions in my gtx 1060, i am playing esports and AAA games, I don't want 60 fps, for me low or mid or low-mid settings with 30 fps is enough, and I also want to know If an gtx 1060 can also run movies and YouTube videos in 4k .

With a GTX 1060, you will struggle to get decent FPS at 4K in AAA games. You'd rather want a GTX 1080 or higher for that.

Movies should be fine though.
