Can an Intel i5-6600 CPU Run Team Fortress 2?

I was wondering if the integrated graphics on the i5-6600 (Intel HD Graphics 530) could run Team Fortress 2 on medium settings with at least 60 FPS. Also, is there a big difference in performance between the Intel HD Graphics 530 and the Intel HD Graphics 4600? I am unfamiliar with integrated graphics, and I was hoping the Tom's Hardware community could shed some light. Thank you.
