So im upgrading my 2010 pc and I have an old mid tower hp case, I want to replace everything. Things I will put into it are gtx 1050 mini ,micro ATX B250 mobo ,apevia 500W ATX power supply other componets arent anything major so if you could tell me im gona have any trouble fiting the components into the case

HP made a lot of tower cases, no way to know if things will fit in whatever you have. And some of them have custom headers to the motherboard from the case connections.

Second, the power supply is junk, replace it, you are just risking it failing and taking out the rest of the system with it.

Which one would you recommend and if you could make it not be over 40$
thank you.

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151074 right about $40 after rebate and shipping. Plenty to power a GTX 1050 video card and even be moved to a full new build. If you want something neater with modular cables, this is about $50 after rebate https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093
