Question can an simulated sine wave ups damage my gaming PC or it’s safe to use it while i use it with this psu in the link (thermaltake litepower series)

It's not a great power supply so it may not like the simulated sine wave. I would upgrade if you have some expensive parts, but I wouldn't worry about it if your only using it with lower end components. What is your full setup? my graphic card is gtx 1060 that what i am worrying about and it's cost about 400$ in my country!!

Usually people who are hooking up analog audio equipment worry about square wave UPS, not for PC people.

I have used several PCs on an APC 450VA square wave UPS for 2 decades, have no complaint. YMMV.
