Can an xbox 360 be connected to a 2wire router for cable

Hello,
i have a 2wire router, from u-verse. do i need a splinter to hook up a cable box if i only have one coaxial cord coming from the wall?

The set top box has a LAN connector as well as the coaxial connector so you can use the Coaxial connector from the RG to the Set top box and then the LAN (Cat5) connector from the set top box to the 360 while still using the Coax output, RGB, or HDMI output to go to the TV (that will get the input signal to both the Set top box and 360 then use 2 output methods to go from the set top and 360 to the TV.
