can antec550vp run HD6950,7870

i wonder if it can run hd6950 or 7870 safely

this is a good quality PSU, if you are not planning on adding a second card in the near future, then get this PSU it will be enough for either one of your cards (your cards need 175W max, a bit more if you OC).
