HOLD IT! I looked up those models and those are LAPTOPS. As a NORM, laptops are not MADE to swap out hardware EXCEPT Memory and Drives. Everything else is usually soddered / integrated custom solutions unique to that company - specific model. This has nothing to do with Windows, this is simple hardware issue.
