iam not planning to overclock my cpu.....

so do i need any cpu cooler or cabinet fan?

my cabinet model is mercury km81

All is fine, Since you had an great overclocking cpu but yes you should be fine with stock cooler

I am not sure if those are the specs you have or plan to get.

If you don't plan to overclock you could reduce the price of your CPU to a non "K". Then change the Z Series of your mobo to Heath a "B" or "H" version. This will save a lot of money and you can I invest a better GPU.

You would most likely need a fan. Just a cheap CM Hyper 212 Evo would be perfect mate. 😀
