now I don't get a msg it boots in to windows when I put my hard drive in but I still can't use my keyboard and mouse even if I unplug my hard drive I still can't use them

in the video it shows you cant even log into windows. A black screen with a message. try using a different USB port for your keyboard and mouse.

I reset the bios and I have tried it in every USb port
