Can anybody help with a voodoo 3 on XP

I installed windows xp about 2weeks ago, i have be very happy with it and the way it never crashes but my voodoo 3 will not work on open gl with it. my best mate has also installed xp and has a voodoo 3 and had the same problems. its seems 2 be same problem that i had when i had win2k but i never fixed it and went back 2 ME, plz help me with a link 2 get new drivers or just some advise.
