Why there is a difference in Clock speeds? Aren't the models same?

Different revisions of the same model of card? Perhaps. More likely it's the algorithm that parses data and inputs it to the site. Since it's MSI's card, perhaps look up the specs on their site and see if different revisions of the same card exist, then go shopping with a more specific part number in mind, or maybe not sweat the small stuff so much.

Edit: As others have noted, Newegg doesn't always catch every number as they try hard to shoehorn each product to their standard formatting layout.
