I have a pair of xfx 4770 in crossfire

okay so changed my clock speed like i normally do and the screen turned black..now it's showing some crazy clock speeds and temp..

Is my gpu shot? is there a way to fix this?

Amd x6 II 1090T
Corsair H50
Gskill Ripjaws 4gb
2 XFX 4770
2tb seagate

take out all of ram sticks for a while and then put it back carefully.

Change it back to its default clocks
