can anyone explain to me what amd mean by Corruption with it.s new drivers ?

I want to download and install the latest amd drivers

but I read this as khnown proplems

1-Assassin's Creed Syndicate – Corruption may be experienced if game is launched with AMD Freesync™ enabled. A temporary workaround is to disable AMD Freesync

does that corruption here mean games files corruption or what ?



I have sapphire r9 390 nitro

also what is AMD Freesync

I would expect graphical corruption, as there should be no way that it could affect a disk write operation, but... better to be safe.
