Can anyone figure out whats wrong with my PC?

The night before it was working fine and then i i shut it down and went to bed and woke up and came back to it and the LED fans were flashing and the light on my mouse was flashing aswell and it wont start up or power on. any idea whats wrong??? and how do i fix it??? please

Processor - AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black edition (3.4ghz)
RAM - 2x 4gb(8gb) DDR3 PNY 1333mhz
Power Supply - 750watt corsair
Graphics Card - AMD R7 270x 4GB

I just got the power supply the other day for my new GPU and it was 100$, but i do have another and i will look and see

Okay thanks alot man, I got mine 5 days ago at a store in town. ill try taking it back and getting my money back, They also had thermaltake brand. are those any decent? if not there is a little computer store in town that had some last time i was in there.
