It's okay for 1080p gaming on low - medium settings.

I wouldn't buy it if i were you. How much is it costing? It has a dated CPU, possibly DDR3 ram, and an low-mid range GPU. It just enough to game right now.
It costing me 50.000 I'm buying it online on daraz is it safe to buy online

Dear Arslan issue with z400 is its PSU
It is very difficult to update that
Maximum it gives is 475 watts with one 6pin cable for gpu ,

You will soon have to update psu for better gpu and it will be a mess

As it’s for me right now

And that's the issue. The games wanted are more than that pc can reasonably handle. The rx560 isn't bad, it's just not very strong. To play Witcher3 you'd be far better off with a Rx580.

That's a quad core x3550 Lga1366 Xeon. It can't handle Witcher3 anymore than the rx560 can.

X58 Lga1366 mobo is decent, for what it was 10 years ago, at least it's ddr3 and not ddr2. But still very dated.

It's an obsolete for gaming 10 year old pc.

You'd get far better playability from an Xbox One or Playstation 4. Yes, it's that old and comparably weak. I'd not be surprised if the psu was close to 10 years old as well, and well overdue for replacement as those old units at best were only warranted for 3 years.

No, it's not wort the 50.00 for anything related to gaming.
