I7 8750H @2.20 GHz (12 cpu)
GeForce GTX 1060 6gb
16GB RAM running at 2400mhz

No, 95c on the cpu is too hot and will be throttling. 91c on the gpu u is a higher than you would like and may also be throttling.

well is there anything i can do to lower the temperature ? apart from a cooling pad, btw i dont have any air ways blocked

Compressed air to blow dust out of the air vents. If it’s a couple of years old it might benefit from new thermal paste. You could look into under volting.

It might help but also try to clean out any dust. You can get a lot of dust build up in 10 months. It should not need new thermal paste.
