So 3 years ago bought this fake USB drive that's apparently 2tb which is obviously fake. So does anyone here know how I can force this to actual show it's actual size/ if there's a software to do so?

Only way is to fill the drive with data and look how much it actually can hold. Though, it's tedious process since besides firmware hack that can show any capacity, these fake drives also have terrible write speeds. Most likely you have ~140GB SDcard inside there.

Best advice: throw it away and buy proper USB drive from reputable brand.

But really, just smash it with a hammer and toss it. Even if you know the supposed capacity, would you trust it for anything?
