Can anyone help me figure out what this noise is?

So I recently downloaded Dying Light, and I'm playing it on max settings and I've noticed a noise. At first I thought it was my power supply, but since realised it's my GPU. I've done a bit of research to see if anyone has had the same issue and I can't find anything other than coil whine but I'm not sure this is the same thing? I think this happened when I was playing AC Origins too.

If anyone could help me understand what this is, and if I should be worried that would be absolutely wonderful.

That could be a lot of things, as a start I would recommend checking the fans and seeing if anything is stuck between the blades or if there is something wrong with them

I've checked them out and given them a good blast with compressed air and nothing is stuck in there.
This only happens when I'm gaming.
