can anyone help me out with this windows 10 recycle bin properties question?

ok so i emptied my recycle bin but in properties it says there are 251 files in there. i recall looking at properties once before in the past and it showing zero files. are these program files or am i missing something here?

I can't see anything in RB properties that shows amount of data in there.

The are no files listed in Properties. Do not know what you are looking at.

But, I do know what it is.

Go to whatever you use to search for Files, enter $. In the first couple of results will be $RECYCLE.BIN.

Delete it, files will be gone.
