I basically wanted to install windows 10 on my pc using a usb with the windows boot tool on it. I completed all the steps until it said select a driver to install it on. There wasn't any to choose from so I checked inside my pc and made sure everything was plugged in okay and it was. Does anyone have any suggestions ? I was gonna buy this https://www.amazon.co.uk/WD-TB-PC-H...550257698&sr=1-7&keywords=internal+hard+drive and install that but wanted to get someone else's opinion as I don't know much about pc's.

boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type diskpart and press enter
type list disk and press enter
this shows all drives available, DVD/USB and hdd, - what do you see?

list what drives it finds

if you had an operating system on PC already, you shouldn't need a new drive?

how old is the hdd?

every search for
Disk1 No Media 0gb
comes back with answers about the USB. I guessing you only have 1 USB attached
either way, its not seeing the hdd, maybe you do need a new one after all :)

i would expect to see something more like

I think it's like 3-4 years old, it's time for a new pc tbh xD I bought the one I linked above last night and it's coming today so hopefully that fix's it. If not, you might be getting another message later on today:tearsofjoy:
