Can anyone help me upgrade my computer?

Hi. I was using my grandparents computer today and couldn't help notice how slow it was so I thought I'd buy them an upgrade. I think that the processor is the best option. It's only going to be used for internet browsing and playing music but it really is painfully slow right now.

Here are the specs (it's quite old):

Windows Vista Home Premium 34bit
HP Pavillion a6102.uk
Processor: Genuine Intel(r) CPU 2140 @ 1.60 GHz
Memory: 1GB RAM

Anything else you need to know? Sorry for being a newby. All I want to know is what processor is compatible with this machine.
