Is this a ok build? If it is; can anyone give me a link to a decent or cheap price motherboard that can handle all of these items?

You have no video card, memory , or case so that will not work. The 5820H processor also comes with no CPU cooler so you must add one.

For what do you need your PC the most? (Gaming, Surfing or Video encoding)
