Thanks in advance

Okay I have two suggestions, one to check and one to apply if needed.

First is the Fan1 here your CPU fan? 14rpm is way too low unless you have fan speed control, either way I would suggest you get it up to at least 600 rpm at the minimum so look into that first (you may have to replace that fan).

Second, you may have to clean off and reapply the thermal compound/paste on the CPU, I won't go into detail on how to do this since you should be able to find some good guides with a google search. Make sure you have all you need and know what to do before you attempt this!

What is the rest of your parts?
Are you only worried about temperatures, or is there some sort of a cpu/gpu slowdown?

Speedfan may not be the best measure of temperatures.
Realtemp will be better to measure with.

Try running with the case covers removed. If that fixes the problem, you have a case cooling issue.

Thanks for all your replies! I have cleaned it out but I was thinking about
maybe it could be a paste problem but thought i'd ask you lot first.

How do i speed up my fans?

You have speedfan installed... just turn off the automatic speed fan control with the checkbox and check the fan rpm again. It's possible that you have bios fan speed control but if you haven't turned it on it should default to no control (or full speed). But with that RPM I'm thinking you have a bad fan...
