Can anyone help me with my Windows 7 Professional Dell computer

My computer randomly keeps changing to a solid blue screen my computer does not try to reboot I must manually reboot it , it loads appropriately but then moments later just for no reason at all goes to a solid blue screen I don't know what to do and I'm not that computer savvy can anybody help?

Next time, try to be short on title and describe more in the other section, now tell us again what is this about.

EDIT: ok now it is better, try to use your integrated videocard or another videocard if you have one.

Is there a Graphics card in this system? If so, try removing it and booting the system.
