I bought a new laptop and since I got it i have had multiple problems with it starting from logon errors to having to do system restores & having to reinstall vista 2/3 times.. Ive ran every test possible on the laptop to try and fix all these problems but it keeps saying nothing is found!! My laptop shut off last night when i turned it back on it said windows is configuring updates, it got to stage 3/3 and then stopped moving just constantly shuts down and starts back up again, its been like this since around 1am last night... Can anyone tell me how to fix or stop this? Thanks..

First of all if it is in warranty, you should not be testing it by yourself. From the looks of it, Clean Install windows may help you.
