Question can anyone help or know whats going wrong

my pc is having an issue with framerate drop like major. whenever i try and play a game it has very bad fps drop and it makes everything un runnable,
i have tore the pc part and put it back together re installed windows and nothing fixes it

my specs are:
b350 mortar
ryzen 5 1500x (not overclocked)
8 gb ram
gtx 2060
500 watt powersupply
250 ssd
2tb (green) hard drive

well its any new game thats launched off of steam. ive tried other launchers but they dont do that

the cpu temps are around 30 celcius and cpu is around 50 percent
