Please....someone.....

have a new build that i finished today and couldn't get and video out of it. upon more investigation i found that my debug lights were lit for 1. Missing CPU and 2. Missing Ram those would be the two first lights from the top. Did some research and saw someone say it may be the case so I stripped it and set everything up outside the case and I still have the same led's. There are no bent pins on CPU legit NOTHING i can see at least. I was leaning towards a bad CPU that I got from my local store via Pick up but now i'm starting to doubt the MB I got because I did order that online through new-egg and it could have been tossed around during shipping .I have a b450 Bazooka and Ryzen 5 2400G w/ Rosewill Trfying case. If anyone can offer any advice i would appreciate it because as of now i'm planning on returning cpu, putting new cpu in w/o installing wraith cooler BUT will plug it in. I'm thinking If i get the cpu light to go away then thats one problem but then i have the ram issue. My ram is a 2x4GB Ripjaw F4-2400c15d-8gvr.

8 pin in in there solid I checked there's no gap between plugs and now neither stick of ram is clearing the debug light

Are you 100% sure you seated the CPU correctly?
Also, a healthy motherboard should beep without RAM sticks, so you could try that and see what happens (make sure your case speaker is properly connected to it first though!)

okay so I heard beeps coming from the MB without and W/ ram in. I double checked the CPU and I definitely have it lined up correctly with arrows touching.

Don't worry about it.
Anyhow, it's possible that the CPU is not supported by your motherboard (or at least not with it's current BIOS version), I'd suggest you check the compatibility table on the manufacturer's site to make sure.

Thanks for all your help the 450 bazooka states ryzen 2000 ready
I'm probably going to get another 450 from micro center and try it with the new Ryzen I get too, I really think it's a bad MB I read forums of this happening to others with MSI boards
