hello.first my specs are as follows
motherboard-e-spectrum g31
ram-4gb ddr2
cpu-intel pentium dual cpu e2200@2.20ghz
os-win 8.1 x64
gpu-gainward nvidia geforce gt 610
now here is my pb. i have a game spec ops the line and at that time i had zotac nvidia geforce 8400gs gpu and all my games ran smooth without low fps not even with a stutter. one day it died and i had to bought another gpu which is this one posted in the specs.now all my games stutter i.e. they are like microfreezes every 3-5 seconds even my spec ops the line game began to stutter. whats the problem. any fix plz. didn't had any pb like this with 8400 gs gpu before and having pb like this only after i changed my gpu. i tried re-intsalling windows, tried another rams ,bought a new hard drive and even a new mobo. so any fixes

Dude, your rig is old.
Like I mentioned in your old thread, just let it go and get yourself a newer rig.
Let it go.
Any single cents you spend trying to get that old rig to run properly again is a waste of money.
You just replaced the mobo, now the GPU from GT610 to 8400GS, what next? PSU? processor? What?
You are throwing away your money out of your window.

yes i know but i'll be buying a new pc next year so i want fixes for this pc though i have to game for now. but with 8400gs the pb never happened whats the matter. i cant understand.i tried 5 gpu but that 8400gs was the only one to make my games run smooth

but why my previous gpu ran games perfect and smooth

If I'm reading this right you went from a Gforce 8400 to a GT 610? All I know is that the 610 is like a $50 GPU and you can't hope to get much from a $50 card. But in all honesty I had one and it ran so-so but I also had fairly new hardware; budget hardware for sure but newer nonetheless. You're also not going to do much with 4GB of ram.
