Can anyone help with why i cant stream

Hi all I wasn't too sure where to post this so ill just drop it here.
Whenever I try to stream my stream just keeps lagging behind until it gets like 15+mins behind could anyone help me find the problem?
Here is my build:

Ping - 2ms
Download - 96.55Mbps
Upload - 37.86Mbps

To me your settings seem fine. Do you have any of the boxes on Twitch checked that talk about reducing lag and buffering for those watching? Those basically buffer the stream for those watching. If want to be live you'll have to adjust those settings.

yeah my twitch settings are fine, its so strange

Let me sign into twitch real quick and see what my settings are. It's been a while but I never really had more than a 30 second delay

Go into your settings and under the channel and videos check the box that says stream delay. It says it's in beta but it'll reduce the stream delay. If you already have that checked then I'm at a loss.

Hey mate yeah ive already got that checked :/

I'm at a loss then. OBS isn't set for a delay. Twitch is set to reduce delay but you're going 15mins ahead of your viewers. Maybe another has an idea of what's going on here.
