So, i'm butting my pc build together in pcpartpicker.com, but it says that my motherboard and case don't match.
The Motherboard is a Asus Maximus VI Hero

It says: Corsair 350D Window MicroATX Mid Tower Case and Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard are not compatible.

That's correct. An ATX motherboard is too big to fit in a Micro ATX case. Either get a smaller motherboard, such as the Asus Maximus VI Gene:
