It's in a vacation home I'm purchasing, and I snapped this image when we toured it. I didn't think to note the model or test signal strength in different rooms when we were there. Just trying to find out if it should suffice, or if I should take a new one up with me next month. THANKS

Everything in the house will be included in the sale including that router? Usually things like this are taken by the owners when a house is sold.

Many of the homes in the area are vacation rentals (though not this one).
